Project and programme evaluations carried out by The Gilfillan Partnership include:

  • Evaluation of the Coastal West Sussex area investment framework for regeneration of the Coastal West Sussex area. Commissioned by West Sussex County Council in 2008.
  • Evaluation of Stepping up the Ladder, an LSC ESF funded programme which aimed to increase the number of BME women in management and supervisory jobs. Commissioned by London Borough of Harrow, the evaluation took place over an 18 month period from 2006 to 2008, with interim and final evaluation reports produced.
  • Evaluation of Building Futures - an HM Treasury Invest to Save Budget  funded programme to improve job outcomes for target BME groups in five east London boroughs. Commissioned by the Black Training and Enterprise Group.
  • Evaluation of the From Boyhood to Manhood Foundation initiative, a Southwark based project supporting young BME people who have been excluded from mainstream education. Commissioned by the Government Office for London in 2005.
  • Interim and final evaluations of the Knowledge Centre on Black and Minority Ethnic Businesses, which provided a range of support for BME businesses in London. The evaluations were commissioned by Business Link for London and took place over a two year period from 2003 to 2005.
  • Evaluation of the Aspiring Managers learning programme aimed at  increasing  the number of  BME and women managers in Citizens Advice Bureaux. The evaluation was commissioned by Citizens Advice and was carried out over an 18 month period from 2003 to 2005.
