Trading Up

The Gilfillan Partnership undertook a series of SWOT/Gap analyses of community enterprise support in Kent and Medway for the Trading Up EQUAL Development Partnership.  The series of reports which we produced focused on the most disadvantaged communities in Kent and Medway. 

The research involved not only statistical analysis and comparisons with other parts of the region and the UK, but also involved interviews and discussions with local community organisations, education providers, business support agencies and local partnerships.  Much of the research was incorporated in the trading up toolkit:  www.tradinguptoolkit.co.uk
