The Gilfillan Partnership provides research and consultancy services in all aspects of economic development and equalities. Our services are high quality, flexible and tailored to meet our clients’ needs. They include services in research, evaluation, organisational development, project and funding development, and equality impact assessment.
The Gilfillan Partnership was established in 2001 by Colin Gilfillan and Liz Mackie. Colin and Liz have worked in economic development for over 15 years and have particular expertise in employment and skills (Colin), enterprise and entrepreneurship (Colin), equality and diversity (Liz), social inclusion and community cohesion (Liz).
The Gilfillan Partnership works with economic development practitioners in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Our clients include central government, regional development agencies, local authorities, national and local charities and community organisations.
